A modern Realist, blending classic technique with impressionist color sensibility.

Artist Statement

In art school, I developed the fundamentals of drawing and painting, from color mixing to understanding values. However, Upon graduating, I felt a bit “lost”, without much direction…
My fascination with the French Impressionists ignited during high school. I was captivated by Van Gogh’s vibrant palette and, over time, became deeply inspired by Monet, Renoir, Sisley, and Pissarro.

In 2011, I took my first class at the Cape School of Art in Provincetown, MA, and was immediately enchanted by the school’s rich history and the captivating light of Provincetown.
